Parental Inclusion Network

A nonprofit dedicated to practical caregiver support, from peer groups and our Empowerment Hub to person-first portrait campaigns, so families can thrive at home and at work.

Our Mission

To empower and educate parents and caregivers with comprehensive resources, training, and support for special needs individuals. We focus on practical, culturally responsive tools such as support groups, low-cost workshops and a lifetime Empowerment, that families can use the same day. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we prioritize affordability, fee waivers, and plain-language guidance so caregivers keep their voice at every decision.

Our Vision

A world where every family has access to the support and resources needed to thrive together in inclusive communities. We envision systems that listen to caregivers, reduce the documentation burden, and ease the transition from school to adulthood. Our programs center families historically under-served: meeting Black, Latinx, Asian, and low-income communities with resources designed alongside them.

Our Values

Compassion, inclusion, education, and community support guide everything we do in service to families. We lead with accessibility, transparency, and respect using clear language, evidence-informed resources, and true partnership with parents. We measure impact by everyday wins: a clearer IEP meeting, a safer commute, and a more confident caregiver.
